A Case Manager at the Church of God Children’s Home is responsible for developing and overseeing individualized care plans for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
This role involves assessing each child’s needs, providing support and advocacy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The Case Manager integrates Christian values into all aspects of care, offering spiritual guidance and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Qualifications include :
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience in working with children in Foster Care.
- Bachelor's Degree in related Field and 1 year experience in working with children in Foster Care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and no experience required.
