Our client is a Law Firm seeking a billing professional with a strong background in legal billing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage client account analysis and billing processes.
- Utilize legal billing software, including 3E billing software, and electronic third-party billing applications.
- Analyze and track e-bills, addressing and appealing deductions as necessary.
- Interpret and apply complex billing guidelines.
- Prioritize and process high-volume billing tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain professional handling of challenges and meet client and firm deadlines.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five (5) years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with 3E billing software and other legal billing applications.
- Experience with electronic third-party billing applications.
- Strong understanding of complex billing guidelines and specialty legal billing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
