Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers over the phone with employer-sponsored retirement account options during key life momentsEducate customers on retirement plan specifics and compare available optionsFocus on building and maintaining customer relationships with the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceMinimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside salesCurrent FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrationsExperience with inbound and / or phone-based sales preferredGood understanding of IRAs and retirement investment products / services
