This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Presales Solution Architect - Data in the United States .

In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor during the pre-sales lifecycle, collaborating directly with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored data solutions. You will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, translating client use cases into scalable, cost-effective workflows and AI data solutions. Working closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams, you will contribute to solution design, pricing, and documentation while ensuring projects meet client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to apply deep industry knowledge in AI data annotation, collection, and evaluation projects within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Accountabilities

  • Support the pre-sales process for data collection, annotation, and evaluation projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate data and AI solutions.
  • Translate client requirements into technical workflows and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare solution architecture documents, pricing models, and related artifacts.
  • Communicate technical and operational aspects clearly to clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by demonstrating trusted expertise and well-defined solutions.
  • Document workflows and build reusable solution templates for operational scalability.
  • Suggest improvements to product offerings based on client feedback and insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or client-facing technical roles.
  • Higher education in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for pricing, costing, and effort estimation.
  • Ability to design custom workflows using human or automated solutions.
  • Capability to translate client requirements into technical, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, QA, and linguists.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
  • Preferred : Knowledge of AI data lifecycle, including sourcing, annotation, QA, and delivery.
  • Preferred : Experience with tasks like data collection, transcription, classification, or fine-tuning LLMs.
