Head of Data Assurance

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Risk identification and mitigation process
• Create and manage theernance framework working with partner teams aligning to the business operating model
• Socialize and drive adoption of Dataernance and Risk Management programs and practices across the organization
• Partner very closely with various value stream engineering leaders and provide them with necessary technical guidance
• Augment the transformation of data quality, content management and reference data management architecture and practices
• Be and active participant in cross-organization initiatives to drive consistency, re-use and value extraction from our Data Assets
• Define and shapeernance and risk management for AI / Generative AI

What We're Looking For :

• BS or MS degree ideally
• An S&P Global employee at this grade level would typically have 15+ years of experience with 8+ years of experience designing and delivering dataernance for a global audience
• Experience of a highly regulated industry or industries is desirable
• Experience ofernance automation and any experience of using AI for dataernance will be a highly desirable
• Quality first mindset with a strong background and experience with developing products for a global audience at scale
• Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and writtenmunication skills with strong ability to influence both IT and business partners
• Financial services industry experience desirable but not essential

pensation / Benefits Information (US Applicants Only) :

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $145,350 to $297,100 . Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to basepensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
