Job Description :
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team! This candidate will be responsible for providing technical analysis relating to development, implementation, and support or Business System applications.
This candidate will need experience working as a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with product or project teams, business partners and IT leaders, and often leads planning efforts related to their work.
- Works with end-users to review and analyze current processes to identify workflow improvements, efficiencies and optimization.
- Documents system and end-user requirements to ensure software application development solutions meet business needs.
- Conducts user acceptance testing of developed functionality and ensures defined business requirements are met. Contributes to test plan and test case development.
Experience Required :
- 3+ years of Business Analysis Experience
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Experience working within a Waterfall environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite tools
- Experience in requirements gathering process for IT systems
