Role Description
This is a 100% remote full-time or part-time role for an Associate Attorney. We are looking for a skilled attorney with 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending hearings, and managing client matters.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications :
- Admitted to practice law in Florida;
- 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation / commercial litigation;
- Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research;
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with legal databases and research tools;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
