Office Admin - Data Entry Clerk
Greetings from Joe Hillman Maintenance! We're actively seeking a dedicated part-time Office Admin - Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Davie, FL.
Offering a competitive pay range of $17 - $20 / hour for this part-time customer service position.
We also pay you weekly!

For almost 30 years, Joe Hillman Maintenance & Construction is a state-licensed, full-service commercial contractor serving the South Florida area.
We offer specialized services that include commercial projects, carpentry, maintenance, and cabinet, tile, door, stucco, and drywall repairs.
For us, there is no project too small or too big we are ready for anything!
We know we would not be able to provide such a high level of service without our hardworking team. We want them to be successful which is why we offer weekly training and opportunities for growth.

YOUR SCHEDULE
Immerse yourself in a structured work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 : 30 pm. Enjoy a brief half-hour lunch break to recharge.
YOUR DAY
Commence your day with meticulous data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization in our records. You then transition seamlessly into addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, showcasing strong communication skills.
In the afternoon, pivot towards office admin tasks, supporting the overall operational efficiency. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, providing a comprehensive view of our daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the maintenance and construction industry
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
