Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled NEBB Certified TAB Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a passion for ensuring optimal system performance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a dedication to upholding industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing :
• Perform comprehensive testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC air and hydronic systems in accordance with NEBB standards.
• Utilize specialized instruments to measure airflow, pressures, temperatures, and velocities.
• Data Collection and Analysis :
• Accurately record all measurements and observations.
• Analyze data to assess system performance and identify discrepancies.
• Report Preparation :
• Compile detailed reports documenting findings, procedures, and recommendations.
• Present clear and concise information to clients and project stakeholders.
• Verify the functionality of mechanical systems, including VAVs, fans, pumps, and control devices.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet design specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other technicians.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
• Compliance and Safety :
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay updated on codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
