Program Manager, Senior Technology Operations

What You'll do :

Project Identification and Prioritization : Identify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous improvement;

conduct competitive assessments, develop business cases, and set objectives and KPIs for the customer experience.

• Benefit Quantification : Create the case for change through analysis of financial and operational metrics, customer data, and competitive benchmarking.
• Roadmap Influence : Influence roadmaps to deliver enhanced capabilities in ecommerce fulfillment.
• Collaboration : Help define and collaborate writing requirements with key partners (product management, design, operations, and engineering), champion fulfillment improvements, share best practices and promote standardization across the customer experience.
• Results and Accountability : Measure progress in achieving results; demonstrate strong commitment towards goals and drive complex projects focused on improving customer fulfillment outcomes.

Use data to root cause weekly perfect order impacts and drive and track change for improvements.

• Ability to use data and feedback to build a story and visualize via PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills; you desire to foster strong partnerships across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science and 1 year experience in project or program management experience OR 2 years project or program management experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.

Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2 : 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
