We are seeking to add a full-time office team member. The perfect candidate will have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, & some basic level of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient day-to-day workflow for your respective Technician Calendars
• Coordinate all necessary equipment for your Technician's Jobs according to their Work Orders
• Collaborate within Crane Alarm Service to determine work order status
• Review and work order status to the customer and our Billing Department
• Process Technician Paperwork
• Serve as the point of contact between our customers and our Technicians

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, planning, coordinating, or other related fields
• Project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Customer Service
• Computer Literacy
• Detail Oriented

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times for deliveries.

Job Type : Part-time or Full Time

Salary : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
