Chicken Shack Crew Member Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments with a smile
- Prepare and serve our delicious chicken dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including equipment and work surfaces, to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment
Chicken Shack Crew Member Requirements :
- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is a must
- Good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others to ensure a smooth operation
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
