Responsibilities : As aSchool SLP, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads, including :

• Elementary, Middle, and High School Students : Creating tailored speech and language therapy sessions to address the unique needs of students at various developmental stages.
• Individual and Group Sessions : Conduct personalized therapy sessions and coordinating group activities to foster communication skills and social interaction.
• Evaluation and Progress Tracking : Administering comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, tracking progress, and adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaboration : Working closely with educators, parents, and other educational professionals to enhance students' academic and social achievements.
• Documentation : Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active Ohio state licensure as aSLP
• At leasttwo years of experience working as aSLP in a school-based setting.
