Sunbelt Rentals the fastest growing rental business in North America is seeking a Mechanic Trainee.

The Technician / mechanic / technician Trainee position is an entry level position for a highly motivated, hard-working person with the desire to learn the mechanic / technician trade. The role of the Technician / mechanic / technician Trainee is to perform light mechanic / technician and preventative maintenance work under close supervision of experienced technicians / mechanic / technicians. In addition, this person will go through a structured training program to expand their skill set on a variety of equipment, including the onboard diagnostics. This position is a learning and training position to prepare for a mechanic / technician or Road mechanic / technician career tracks.

The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
