Florida Mechanical LLC is licensed as a state-certified Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor. Our Service Department focuses on the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC and Mechanical Systems.

Within our Service Department, we have an equipment change out team that replaces chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers and large rooftop units.

• $65,000.00-$85,000.00 yearly depending on experience

Responsibilities

Join our team as an HVAC Project Manager , where you'll take charge of overseeing and managing HVAC projects,particularly focusing on government and county projects.

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with strongproject management skills to ensure the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion.

Below are the essential job duties of this position :

• Comprehensive Project Management : Manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Contractor Coordination : Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution of project tasks.
• Strategic Planning : Develop strategic approaches to project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Budget Oversight : Monitor project budgets and financials to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and compliance with safety standards and project
• specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery and meet client needs.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to HVAC systems and project
• management.

Job requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a focus on government and county projects
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication
• Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and budget oversight
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools and software
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
