About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1985 To $2206 Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Behavioral Health Adult Emergency Job Duration : 104 weeks Shift : 3x12 Day - 7 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum two years of behavioral health experience;
two years of emergency room experience required License : New York State RN License Certifications : Primary Source Verification, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : - Proficiency in English (speak, read, write) Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care to adults in a behavioral health emergency setting.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients in the emergency department.
- Implement care plans and administer medications as required.- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.- Ensure compliance with established safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. This role involves critical thinking, compassion, and dedication to supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
