What you will be doing :

As a Rep I Accounts Receivable at Staples Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and accounting functions. You'll manage the full lifecycle of Staples Gift Cardsincluding ordering, activation, fulfillment, and devaluationwhile resolving customer disputes promptly. Your day will include scanning and validating critical documents for PCI support, researching and processing credit card chargebacks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and invoice delivery issues. You'll be empowered to contact customers regarding past-due accounts, develop root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met. You'll also assist with special projects, all while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company procedures.

What's needed : Basic Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; you'll handle basic issues and elevate complex matters to senior staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
