Key Responsibilities

Organizing and maintaining contracts, compliance records, and other legal documents

Tracking legal tasks and project timelines while supporting regulatory filings

Conducting preliminary legal research and monitoring legislative updates

Required Qualifications

Experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, and international law is a plus

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience with Excel and electronic signature platforms is a plus

Capacity to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
