Encore Medical Research is a well-established clinical research operation with three sites. It has served the South Florida community since 2017.
We are looking for an experienced site director for our Boynton Beach site.
Job Qualifications :
- Up-to-date GCP / ICH training.
- CCRC / ACRP Certification is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Research.
- Exceptional management and leadership skills are required to manage and oversee multiple CRCs in a fast-paced environment while keeping the highest quality standards.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- APRN / RN Preferred
- Must have experience in the following roles :
- Regulatory and Compliance
- Project management
- Lead Study Coordinator
- Recruitment and Retention
- Healthcare management
- QA / QC
Must be capable of assisting with initial regulatory submissions and the upkeep of the regulatory process. Must be capable of managing daily clinic operations and directly involved in patient recruitment and retention.
The site director will also be responsible for engaging with potential investigators, setting up community outreach events, assist finding vendors that may be needed for a specific study, such as imaging facilities.
The ideal candidate must be local, within 20 miles of the Boynton Beach area, and familiar with the area's patient population.
The site director will ultimately be responsible for the site's performance and operations and directly report to executive management.
The position will offer a competitive start-up salary for the right candidate. A six-month trial is required, after which the site director will become a minor partner with a direct vested interest in the operation.
