Job Title : Carpenter
Job Description
Candidates will be doing rough and finish carpentry for commercial buildings, hotels, and high-end residential homes. They will be working on acoustical ceilings, metal and wood studs, replacing doors and windows, as well as floors, cabinets, and high-end trim work.
These properties are remodels and are vacant. There is heavy travel involved, including 1-3 weeks at a time out of state and then a 1-2 week on a local project.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM. When traveling out of state, work typically involves 6-7 days per week with 10-hour days.
