Physical Therapist 2 years' experience nShift Notes nTues-Sat : 0830-1700 or 0700-1530 n nUnit Notes nSTART DATE : 11 / 18 n n NICOTINE FREE facility, included in drug screen n nWestland House Rehabilitation-SNF n# of patients treated per day : "6 hours of direct patient care.

nGenerally, 6-7 sessions are scheduled (3-4 patients)" nCertification Required : BLS nCA License Required ncommon diagnosis / Types of patients : "Orthopedic, general surgery, cardiac surgery generalized weakness and deconditioning from hospital stay, pneumonia / sepsis, CHF " n nAcute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled or Outpatient?

Short term - skilled (SNF) nWhat Areas are requied to cover : Westland House only nMust haves : Acute care and / or Skilled Nursing Facilities, orthopedic, general surgery, generalized debilitation, stroke, cardiac surgery.

nPT Manager : Assistant Director of the facility nRehab Aides : PTA, no aides nShift : Day, 0830-1700 - nWeekend Requirement : 1 weekend day required per pay period nHOliday Requirement : per our hospital policy - 1 holiday of (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Eve) nDress code : Scrubs n"10-12 days in addition to unit orientation nThe orientation is with a peer to review process / workflow and basics of department.
