Retail Sales Lead (Boulder, CO)
Full-time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate operations with Service Manager
- Monitor and maintain in-store inventory with Buyer.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, returns, and warranties.
- Support sales staff.
- Ensure store is well-merchandised and in working order at all times.
- Scheduling to ensure adequate, cost-effective staffing.
- Monitor in-store, web and work orders daily.
- Work with Buyer to ensure special orders are completed efficiently, on time.
- Maintain brand objectives, messaging, and company culture.
- Oversee events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience :
- Retail sales
- Merchandising
- Return / warranty processing
- Skills
- Point-of-Sale system, preferably Lightspeed
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
