Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Complete documentation and reports as required.
- Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
- Current RN license in the state you are working in
- Valid CPR certification
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and transfer residents.
