Job Overview : Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
This role involves assessing and treating students with speech, language, and munication disorders, collaborating with educational staff, and documenting progress.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive evaluations of students speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert remendations.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Minnesota SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is beneficial.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
