Position Overview :
As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind cultivating new business, orchestrating weekly programming, and leading a team dedicated to making our customers extremely happy.
Your hands-on management style, experience in ticketed events, and food and beverage service management will be crucial in upholding the magical atmosphere that defines The Cauldron.
Main Duties :
Operational Leadership : Oversee all venue operations to ensure seamless daily functions and exceptional guest experiences.
Develop strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Financial Oversight : Comprehensive financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability.
- Team Leadership and Development : Build a high-performance culture through recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Customer Experience Management : Maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
- Cocktail, Bar, and Food Service : Oversight of food and drink menus, including kitchen management.
- HR and Staff Management : Handle hiring, training, staff schedules, and ensure staff well-being.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably with a background in high-volume bar / restaurant operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong operational knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cultivating food and drink menus is a plus.
