The Practice Group Coordinator - Appellate is a strategic and operational team member responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and long-term effectiveness of the appellate practice group and its leaders. This position plays a critical role in developing and executing systems, workflows and logistics, staffing models, accounting and billing, and other resource strategies that enhance the performance and profitability of the practice group.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires exceptional organizational skills, an understanding of the litigation and appellate processes, and the ability to liaise effectively between attorneys, firm leadership, and administrative departments. The Practice Group Coordinator - Appellate ensures that the practice group and its leaders are well supported, aligned with firm priorities, and equipped to deliver outstanding internal and external client service.

Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work. Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and / or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Work can be performed with or without accommodations.

Up to 15% domestic travel by car and plane.
Salary Range
Based on experience, generally $75,000 - $100,000
