In this role you will meet or exceed all company objectives, performing all research vital for assessing customer credit worthiness, invoicing and statement of account processing, confirmation and validation of customer tax status and credit worthiness, establishing new customer documentation, while serving both external customers and internal constituents are some crucial performance objectives.
Hours : Monday Friday, Regular Business Hours (in office)
Pay : $24-27 / hr
Contract-to-Hire
Essential Functions and Skill Requirements :
- Answer all telephone calls, voicemails, emails, in a timely, accurate, comprehensive, and professional manner.
- Proficiently process all order-related matters in our ERP system (IFS).
- Guide and maintain the accurate, desired status of every client program : work order, production, order completion, shipment / delivery, and schedules.
- Answer all client questions in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Research all appropriate tax validations or compliance with ordinances.
- Research, investigate and secure all vital information and appropriate quotations (both time schedule and pricing) from internal constituents to perform your daily duties.
- Maintains an organized work area every single day, as the volume of business must be addressed, implemented, resolved, and concluded timely and responsibly.
Required Education and Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED required, while a college graduate is preferred.
- A proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and / or Collection Services in a manufacturing environment.
- Other skills and attributes previously described.
- Proficient with ERP software systems, ideally IFS.
