Job Mission :

The Senior Manager Integrated Product Planning HMI San Jose is part of the Integral Demand & Supply department of the Plan & Deliver organization.

Plan & Deliver is an independent entity within the Operations sector. Its role is to secure objective decision making in business planning across ASML.

Integrated Product Planning plays a pivotal role in bringing all relevant parts of information together, and presenting the right decisions and consequences to senior management and board level.

You are responsible for the health of the Integrated Business Plan of a specific product, drive required business decisions and assure that risks in the plan are mitigated, and opportunities captured.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Approach complex business planning challenges for a new product introduction from different angles and balance the interests of different stakeholders.
  • Meet with product development teams of D&E to create product introduction plans.
  • Work with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Sourcing to create scenarios for the best production & capability plan for the introduction of a new product.
  • Interact with and advise the Business Lines, Finance, and other stakeholders on the business plan.
  • Interface with and advise your Integral Demand & Supply planning colleagues on long-term planning aspects.
  • Enable decision making for investments to support long-term capacity planning.
  • Ensure that the complete organization is executing to the same plan.
  • Report and present various scenarios and their consequences to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Define health indicators to monitor and manage plan execution and progress.
  • Identify and capture opportunities, as well as identify and mitigate risks.
  • Deploy the ASML business strategy and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure that the right input for the Product Generation Process is provided capturing all aspects needed for planning.

This position will focus on the integration of the technology roadmap in our plans. Close interaction with product and programs teams is required.

Education and Experience :

  • Masters degree holders and above.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Planning experience in large complex organizations.
  • Experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Flexibility to respond to dynamic situations.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong analytic capability and a pro-active initiating attitude.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
