Working with our engineering team at ZeroAvia, the applicant will be responsible for assembly, repair, and maintenance of ZeroAvia products used by customers and for internal testing.
This Sr. Level position is a great way to mentor a Jr. Level position and assist in their professional development within a multidisciplinary and fast-paced organisation.
- Ensure customer adherence to proper operational use of ZeroAvia products
- Assisting the customer in the most efficient use of ZeroAvia products
- Perform in-field repairs, software updates, required maintenance of products
- Perform in-house repairs, software updates, and required maintenance of products
- Support internal testing of products
- Support engineering team with the creation and validation of system and product documentation
Requirements
- Experience with agricultural, automotive, aviation, or industrial machinery
- Experience with in-field repairs, including comfort working in front of the customers
- Experience with low voltage systems controlled by electromechanical components operated by software
- Experience with High Voltage Power Electronics and Devices
- Associate’s Degree or Equivalent in Automotive Repair or other Technical Degree
- 5-10 years employed as a service technician in a controls heavy industry (Agricultural, Automotive, Aviation, Industrial)
- US Citizen is a requierment for this role.
Benefits
The wage scale or salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000. In addition to the foregoing base compensation, additional compensation and benefits are available to employees and eligible family members (as applicable) including the following :
