Responsibilities

• Provideexceptional customer service and address any concerns orquestions.
• Perform oil changes, filterreplacements, and lubrication services forvehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potentialissues or areas that require attention.
• Conductbasic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid levelchecks.
• Basic computerknowledge / aptitude
• Keep track of inventory andensure all supplies are readilyavailable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment.
• Follow safety protocols andguidelines to ensure a safe workingenvironment.

Requirements

• Attentionto detail and ability to followinstructions.
• Excellent problem-solvingskills
• Strong customer service andcommunication skills
• Ability to work in afast-paced environment and handle multipletasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOCSuperPro process for all services.
• AchieveSuperPro certification.
• Must have reliabletransportation.

EssentialFunctions

• Inspectingand replacing car lights and wipers.
• Checkfluid levels and add fluids to vehicle whennecessary.
• Inspect / replace engine air filterand cabin air filter.
• Add oil to engine in theproper amount based on specifications of vehiclemake / model.
• Able toremove / rotate / lift / reinstall tires for tire rotationservice.
• Lubricate necessary components of thechassis / driveline.
• Perform additional serviceson cooling systems and transmissions.
• Performsecond checks by visually verifying and performing proper calloutsto ensure all necessary services have been performedcorrectly.
• Able to move from bay to bay toperform services on multiplevehicles.
• Frequently ascends / descendsstairs / catwalks / stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters,wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath thevehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services,lubrication)
• Able to work for extended periodsof time with arms above your head when performing servicesunderneath the vehicle on a catwalk.
• Constantlypositions self to perform required services under the hood, relatedto tires, or on catwalk working underneath thevehicle.
• Able to move / transport items up toapproximately 50 pounds.
• Able to work withtools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reachareas.
• Communicate verbally and receive verbalcommunication to ensure services are performed accurately, safelyand in the properorder.

Environment

• Inthis position you will be subject to environmental conditions.Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperatureconditions.
• In this position you will besubject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker toshout in order to be heard above ambient noiselevel.
• In this position you will be subject tohazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limitedto proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles,electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure tochemicals.
• In this position you will be subjectto atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditionsthat may affect the respiratory system or skin : fumes, odors, dust,mists, gases, restricted ventilation.
• In thisposition you will be required to function in narrow aisles orpassageways such as catwalks.
