Responsibilities : Support Franchise dealer programs by increasing awareness, educating, training, and driving overall enrollment in various dealer operational and growth programs across the Flagship dealer group.
Working with internal teams & dealer decisions makers, this individual will increase dealer engagement in current and future programs, apps, and go to market strategies by showing dealers the value, benefits, and overall ROI these programs bring to their business.
Specific Job Function :
- Subject Matter Expert supporting initiatives for dealer network.
- Support Ecommerce program by onboarding new dealerships into the program which will include minor system setup, virtual training and ongoing support.
- Support Voice of the Customer program by managing dealer questions and troubleshooting.
- Help with the day-to-day support elements for various dealer growth programs.
- Help create and edit dealer presentations.
- Create and maintain training and support materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with project management, customer service or training
- Minor technical experience working with system configuration, user set up, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience working across various levels of an organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, dealers, and other stakeholders
- Comfortable providing process recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
