Job Summary

Brinker is seeking a midcareer fullstackapplication developer to be part of the Digital Guest Experience(DGE) team. The DGE team is responsible for developing the digitaltools that enable our guests to place orders online (for pickup ordelivery) and to participate in our customer loyaltyprograms.

The application developer works ona system of digital tools that support the CRM and Loyaltyfunctions for the Chilis and Maggianos brands.

The system iscomprised of cloudhosted web apps APIs batch jobs serverlessfunctions relational databases and search indexes.

What You Will Need to Have :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science SoftwareEngineering or a related field.
• 5 years ofproven experience as a FullStack PHP Developer or similar role in a hybridcloud enterprise applicationenvironment.
• Comfortable working withrelational database platforms such as MySQL including writing optimized queries and solving complex datarelatedissues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud and experience in implementingcloudnative solutions .
• Indepthknowledge of MVC frameworks (e.g.Symfony).
• Experience inbuilding APIs and integrating with thirdpartyAPIs.
• Experience developingwebbased UIs using JavaScript HTML and CSS .
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g.Git) and automated CI / CD pipeline tools (e.g. GitHub WorkflowsJenkins).
• Solid understanding ofobjectoriented programming principles common design patternswriting clean code and refactoring.
• Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to quicklylearn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strongcommunication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively ina team environment.
• Proficient withapplication performance monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatchNew Relic ).

What Would Be Nice to Have :

• Experiencing building and deploying AWS resources( EC2s Hosted Zones Load Balancers S3 SQS Lambda )using CloudFormation Packer and Chef or similartools .
• Experience programming with Python .
• Experience workingon CRM and Loyalty systems.
• Experience working with Salesforce MarketingCloud.
