This is a multi-craft, hands-on maintenance role supporting production, packaging, and utility systems in a 24 / 7 operation. You’ll work with advanced automation, robotics, and pasteurization systems , ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant plant performance. What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain pumps, conveyors, separators, pasteurizers, and other process equipment.
Work with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automated packaging systems.
Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.
Support calibration, instrumentation, and sanitary process systems.
Collaborate with operations to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred).
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization equipment.
Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary processes.
Ammonia refrigeration, boiler, or wastewater experience a plus.
Ability to work independently with a strong safety mindset.
