Salary :
Hamshaw Lumber is an opening for a part time delivery driver. We are a locally owned and operated business providing quality materials with personalized service.
The right candidate will have had experience safely operating a variety of delivery trucks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, assisting customers, operating forklifts, keeping vehicles organized and safe, and assisting in other team members in the yard.
Preliminary Requirements for consideration include :
Driver's License in good standing
DOT health card
Clean driving record
Ability to work weekends.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Familiar with building materials including lumber.
Previous experience in a lumber yard
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Detailed oriented
Ability to work outdoors.
Must take and pass a drug test and pre-employment assessment.
Must consent to a background check.
