Are you a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in the lives of students?
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified SLP to join our team and provide a range of services to enhance students' communication and language skills.
As a School SLP with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with students to identify and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families to create effective interventions.
Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy services to improve students' communication and language skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies
Monitor and track students' progress and report outcomes to school administrators and families
Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of IEP goals and objectives
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
Valid state license or certification to practice as an SLP in the state of Ohio
Experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including the IDEA
