Paralegal
Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for a hybrid, temp to perm role with our client in Vinings.
This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. Candidates can expect to work in office 3-4 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience. Experience in IP litigation preferred. Essential functions include :
- Patent and Trademark Prosecution : Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the United States and internationally.
- Docket Management : Manage and maintain IP docketing systems, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are completed accurately and timely.
- Legal Research : Conduct research on IP laws, regulations, and case precedents, and prepare memoranda to support attorneys in litigation and transactional matters.
- Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding IP matters, providing updates and coordinating communication between clients and attorneys.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative and paralegal support, including maintaining case files, preparing correspondence, and managing attorney calendars.
