Job Summary : -Under general supervision, demonstrates ability to handle nursing problems and, in general, an expanded group of nursing practices.

Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations.-Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient-specific data collection (such as vital signs

Required Skills & Experience : -Two years of RN experience in the ICU and demonstrated level of performance and practice is required.

• Must have ICU experience at the bedside within the past six months.-Willingness to be flexible for different hours.-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.-Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred Skills & Experience : -N / A

Required Education : -ASN Required.

Preferred Education : -BSN Preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure : -BLS-AHA.-CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours-ACLS-AHA-NIHSS -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
