About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1905 To $2116 Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Specialty : Outpatient Therapy Job Duration : Contract Shift : Day Shift Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours Experience : Outpatient experience preferred;
New graduates welcome; First-time travelers accepted License : Valid PTA license required Certifications : Relevant certifications as required by state regulations Must-Have : Ability to double-book follow-up visits Job Description : Attend to a patient population with diverse rehabilitation needs.
- Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.- See approximately 12-14 patients per day.- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Comply with productivity standards and performance expectations.- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and healthcare staff effectively.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within company guidelines and deadlines.- Work under the supervision of a therapist, assisting with patient care and therapy plans.
- Adapt and implement therapy activities based on patient progress and feedback.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
