- 1 year ofprofessional experience as an RN (Hospice experiencepreferred)
- Active RN License in the State ofIL
- Associates Degree (or higher) inNursing
- BLS and CPR Certification (if you donthave this we will help you get it!)
- ValidDrivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and AutoInsurance.
- Okay with the required travel forthis position throughout the Chicagoland area
