Job Description

The Systems / Business Analyst supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints.

Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication. Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation.

Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and / or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.

Must have :

• 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.
• Experience working within Agile software development environment.
• Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation.
• Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members.

Nice to have :

• Previous consulting experience
• Lean six sigma certification
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)

Security Clearance :

Active TS / SCI with polygraph clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is :

$108,500-$214,300 USD
