SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
The Social Media Manager plays a critical role in bringing our brand story to life online. This role is responsible for implementing a social-forward editorial strategy, content creation and identifying next-generation social ideas.
The ideal candidate excels in precision, creativity and multimedia execution. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications, this role is integral to our Marketing and Communications goals.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build a social editorial strategy aligned to our brand pillars
- Create content that is entertaining, educational and / or promotes our brand, brokers and iconic properties that people want to engage with
- Work closely with our marketing managers, brokers, partners and affiliates to increase social expertise and inspire creative execution
- Take the lead on social media innovation, test and learn approach, research best practices and explore new ways to engage our audiences.
- Collaborate with the broader strategic communications team, design team and production to ideate on social-forward ideas
- Manage key strategic relationships
- Experience with employee advocacy a plus
- Measure success and analyze for insights and opportunities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- 5-8 years of social media strategy, content production, communications and / or multimedia experience
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; broadcast experience a plus
- Experience working with geographically distributed team members and clients
- A critical, creative thinker with the ability to problem solve
- Relationship-oriented and customer service mindset
- Deep project management experience tools (such as Asana, Smartsheets, and Basecamp)
- Experience using social media management tools : Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Working knowledge of graphic design programs (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range dependent upon experience.
- In addition to base pay, LIV SIR provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
- Full-Time employees are eligible for Vacation and Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy. Additionally, the company observes 12 paid holidays.
- Hours are 8 : 30 - 5 : 00PM, Monday through Friday.
