Business Analyst
Job Description :
1 Delivers technical and business services to help the File Migration Project move an end user's on-premise personal drive to their OneDrive with little effect to the end user.
2 Search and find on-premises eligible shares and end user candidates to put in waves
3 Schedule waves with these end user candidates
4 Assist with SkySync migrations
5 Verify Comms to the end users in the wave in the Scheduler tool
6 Remediate issues and remove blockers with the selected waves
7 Monitor the communications to the File Migration Project via the shared mailbox and the FMP ticketing system
8 Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support to end users who have issues after their on-premise personal drives have been moved to OneDrive
9 Create documentation, flows, and procedures for our many processes and tasks
10 Test new apps, software, and procedures to be used in the project
11 Oversee, direct, and coordinate with the Help Desk liaisons on loan to the project
12 Schedule waves with these end user candidates
