Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Facility Management

Oversee daily studio operations, including opening / closing, studio upkeep, and safety compliance.

Ensure a welcoming, clean, and professional environment for members and guests.

Monitor supplies, retail inventory, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

Assist with daily financial tasks, including reconciling sales, reporting revenue.

Sales & Member Engagement

Drive membership sales, retention, and upsells to meet monthly studio performance goals.

Proactively reach out to new leads (via phone, email, and in-studio) to convert them into members.

Track KPIs such as membership conversions, lead follow-up, and retention rates.

Deliver excellent customer service, resolve concerns quickly, and enhance the overall member experience.

Grassroots Marketing, Outreach & Events

Lead local grassroots marketing initiatives, including wellness events, marathons, farmers markets, and health fairs.

Build and maintain B2B partnerships with local gyms, studios, cafes, and wellness businesses.

Plan and execute studio-hosted events, promotions, and community outreach to drive awareness and leads.

Staff Support & Leadership

Assist the Studio Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training staff.

Coach and support front desk associates, providing real-time feedback and encouragement.

Lead team meetings, track performance, and model Perspire’s culture and values.

Act as the acting Studio Manager when needed.

Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely passionate about health and wellness.

Previous experience in a fitness, wellness, or studio environment preferred.

Mindbody Software Experience Strongly Preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable with lead outreach and B2B partnerships.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage scheduling, operations, and team coordination.

Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to hit performance goals.
