Cardinal is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively manage incoming calls, emails and face-to-face contact with customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Interact with the sales force regarding customer orders
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Any other duties assigned by either the Sales Coordinator or the Operations Manager
Requirements :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to develop an understanding of paperwork
- Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and practices is preferred
- Must be flexible with the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Work with limited supervision
- Follow company safety policies
