Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
Required :
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or related field
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends
- Experience in account management and building customer relationships
Nice-to-have :
- Familiarity with technology sales
- Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
Job Types : Full-time, Temporary
Pay : $81,562.00 - $93,455.00 per year
