Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for :
- Reporting to the Director of Operations
- 50 / 50 split between on-site vs in office (WFH flex)
- Attending and representing the company at project meetings
- Completion of the projects within time and budget
- Maintaining and cultivating client relationships
- Owning entire project from inception to completion

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager will have :
- 5+ years of experience in the Construction industry
- High-end Residential experience
- 3+ years as a Project Manager for Residential projects
- Skills & knowledge to plan ahead & be proactive
- Ability to maintain a Level-headed nature & a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Project
