    • We are currently hiring for a Sales associate with sales experience with strong closing skills :

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
  • Ability to work and function in a team environment
  • Health & Fitness minded people required
  • High School diploma required JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :
  • Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
  • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
  • Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.
  • Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre / during / post) shift activities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.
  • Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times
  • Keep up with studio cleaning checklists
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.
  • Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations.
  • The studio’s hiring manager can provide more details if you are selected to proceed with the interview process.
