- Desirable : Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living
- Highly Desirable : Possess a PCA, HHA, CAN, LPN, or LVN certification
You Must :
- Speak and write in English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
- Have a valid Driver’s license
- Possess active auto insurance
- Be available to work at least 5-6 continuous hours on 3 days each week

Essential Functions :
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
- Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation
- Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
