Job Summary :
Designs various pharmacy business development initiatives. Reviews and appraises pharmacy business performance in the short and long-term.
Runs program(s) with moderate budget / impact. Solves escalated operational problems and technical issues. Guide others in the completion of tasks within clearly defined schedules as set by leadership.
Job Requirements :
Education and Work Experience :
- High School Education / GED or equivalent : Preferred
- Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience : Preferred
Essential Functions :
- Supports pharmacy website and dispensary software data, version testing, reporting and price structuring to maximize profit and dispensary margins.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of pharmacy training programs and utilization.
- Maintains insurance plans, pricing structures and store configuration data. Maintains pharmacy documentation and web links on the Intranet.
- Maintains organization documentation for audit purposes / recalls.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
