Minimum Requirements :

  • Valid work authorization
  • Experience as a Hands-On Sous Chef
  • Experience writing menus and marketing
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Exceptional meals and service
  • Front of the House customer service experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with high-volume catering
  • Experience with menu development
  • Ability to train staff
  • Five-plus years of cooking experience
  • Food Handlers' card
  • Must pass the background check
