We are seeking a fun, upbeat, experienced Sous Chef with good organizational, knife, and people skills.
Minimum Requirements :
- Valid work authorization
- Experience as a Hands-On Sous Chef
- Experience writing menus and marketing
- Excellent knife skills
- Exceptional meals and service
- Front of the House customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with high-volume catering
- Experience with menu development
- Ability to train staff
- Five-plus years of cooking experience
- Food Handlers' card
